Terms and Conditions of the Fundacja Drogi Proste (Roads Straight Foundation)

§ 1. Name and headquarters of the Foundation

The foundation is called the “Foundation of the Straight Paths.” The headquarters of the Foundation is located in Sopot, 81-704, ul. Tadeusza Kosciuszko No. 16/2, NIP 585-150-24-19, REGON 526752425, KRS 0001065388. The Foundation can be contacted via e-mail: foundation@roadsstraight.org and by phone at +48 795-452-060.

§ 2. Aims and objectives of the Foundation

The purpose of the Foundation is to

1. Provide free psychological assistance to young people in need.
2. Support in making difficult life choices and building their self-confidence.
3. Reducing the stigma associated with psychological problems in society.
4. Enable young people to develop healthy relationships and interpersonal skills.
5. Strengthening mental health awareness in the community.

The Foundation pursues its goals through:

1. Psychological counseling.
2. Workshops and support groups.
3. Life Mentorship.
4. Personal development workshops.
5. Educational campaigns.
6. Partnerships with institutions.
7. Creating support networks.

§ 3. Organization and management

The Foundation operates under the laws of Poland and these Regulations.

The organs of the Foundation are:

1. Management,
2. Foundation Board.

§ 4. Finance

The Foundation manages its finances in accordance with applicable laws and principles of sound management.

The Foundation’s activities are financed, in particular, with funds from:

• The Foundation’s own assets (income from movable and immovable property and property rights of the Foundation);
• bequests, legacies, donations, grants, subsidies, and other kinds of property donations made to the Foundation by domestic and foreign natural and legal persons;

• Interest from bank accounts and deposits;
• borrowing;
• voluntary benefits, contributions, subsidies;
• Income from collections and public events;
• funds obtained from paid public benefit activities;
• other receipts and income;
• other sources determined from time to time by a resolution of the Council adopted at the request of the Board;

§ 5. Donations

1. The website https://drogiproste.org is maintained and administered by the Simple Ways Foundation, described in § 1, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
2. This document strictly defines the conditions for transferring via the website mentioned in paragraph. 1. voluntary online monetary donations made through the Paynow Payment Integrator service in cooperation with mbank S.A., based in Warsaw, at 18 Prosta St. (00-850), registered by the District Court for the city of Warsaw. st. The company is registered with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000025237, NIP number 5260215088.
3. The contributor may be an adult natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the Donor.
4. Donations can be made 24 hours a day.
5. The PayNow service allows you to make one-time and recurring payments in the form of donations to the Organizer by redirecting you to the service to pay for the donation.
6. Online donations can be made using one of the following payment methods provided through PayNow, these are in particular:

• electronic transfer – transfers supported by PayNow
• Payment cards – made using currently accepted forms of payment by PayNow. Available forms of payment: payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.

7. Online donations made through payments via PayNow are non-refundable except as required by law. If there is a need for a refund for a transaction made by a customer with a payment card, the Organizer will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party.
8. The online payment service provider for card payments is Autopay S.A.
9. Donation processing time is calculated from the moment of positive payment authorization. If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Organizer’s bank account.

§ 6. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

Donors may rescind the donation agreement at any time, subject to legal restrictions. In case of payment complaints, they should be addressed to the e-mail address: fundacja@drogiproste.org, indicating the description of the case and the amount of the donation. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

§ 7. Data protection

The Foundation processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the RODO. Donors have the right to access, rectify, delete, etc. their data.

§ 8. Final provisions

Amendments to the Foundation’s bylaws may be made by the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
These regulations shall come into force on 06.09.2023.
